AIR Communities is seeking a Medley Analyst Rotational Program participant to develop multifamily real estate leadership over three years across FP&A, Asset Management, and Revenue & Performance.

You'll rotate through six six-month assignments, building dashboards and analyses with tools like Databricks, Power BI, and Oracle PBCS while collaborating with Finance, Asset Management, and Capital Finance.

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Strong desire to learn multifamily investment, asset management, and operations.
• Experience with MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A naturally collaborative nature.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to uncover actionable insights related to asset performance and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Finance, Asset Management, and Capital Finance—to support strategic initiatives and portfolio optimization.
• Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and mid‑year reforecasting processes.
• Contribute to process improvement through documentation, training support, and testing of new systems and tools.
• Leverage Databricks, Power BI, Entrata, and Oracle PBCS for data visualization and reporting.
• Audit and validate key operational datasets to ensure data integrity across functions.
• Participate in high‑impact projects that inform executive decision‑making.
