Dave White Chevrolet, Northwest Ohio’s largest Chevrolet dealer, seeks an experienced Medium Duty & Diesel Service Technician to join a busy Service Department. You will work on GM vehicles, with emphasis on Chevrolet 2500–6500 models, and medium-duty/diesel trucks, plus gasoline vehicles.

The role offers a fast-paced environment, ongoing training, and competitive pay. Must have diesel experience and own tools to thrive in this shop.

Qualifications

• Diesel experience required in medium/heavy-duty work.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills.
• Must have own tools and toolbox.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair GM vehicles, focusing on Chevrolet 2500, 3500, 4500, 5500, 6500 models.
• Diagnose and repair medium-duty and diesel trucks of all makes and models.
• Perform engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and emissions repairs.
• Perform maintenance, fluid services, alignments, tire services, and brake repairs.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostic testing.
• Identify and communicate additional repair needs.
• Complete accurate repair documentation.
• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Participate in ongoing technical training.

Dave White Chevrolet, a Toledo Top Workplace, is looking for an experienced Medium Duty & Diesel Service Technician to join our busy Service Department.

This position may involve working on all GM vehicles, with a primary focus on Chevrolet 2500, 3500, 4500, 5500, and 6500 models. You may also work on all makes and models of medium-duty and diesel trucks, as well as gasoline-powered vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair GM vehicles, with an emphasis on Chevrolet 2500, 3500, 4500, 5500, and 6500 models
• Diagnose and repair medium-duty and diesel trucks of all makes and models
• Perform engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and emissions repairs
