Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry with 1+ years of industry experience.
• Expertise in modern organic synthesis and current literature.
• Ability to design robust, multi-step sequences with late-stage divergence.
• Strong problem-solving and independent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to run parallel reactions and deliver final compounds in batches.
• Ability to prepare intermediates on medium scale.
• Purify and characterize intermediates and final compounds (NMR, LCMS).
• Maintain high-quality experimental records for publications and patents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, including CRO interactions.
