Qualificações

• PhD or equivalent industry track record required.
• Ability to design rigorous problems that resist shortcut reasoning.
• Experience evaluating reasoning quality and grading rubrics.

Responsabilidades

• Design the challenge framework identifying the forcing chain.
• Build a data room with real, source-grounded data.
• Write a grading document scoring submissions on substance.
• Validate and calibrate the framework before submission.
• Revise and rework upon reviewer feedback.
