Brookdale is seeking a Med Tech/QMAP for on-site work at our Pennsylvania communities. You will administer medications and assist residents with self-administration under state guidelines, while maintaining clean medication areas and coordinating with pharmacies for timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Based on state regulations, completion of required training and certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report responses to supervisor.
• Keep the medication supply room organized, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications; communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification is required.
