Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Medication Aide/Tech to provide safe medication administration and support to our residents in accordance with state regulations. This role requires certification and ongoing training, with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and teamwork within a Brookdale community.

As a member of our care team, you will ensure medications are managed correctly, collaborate with pharmacies, and participate in required training to support resident health and safety.

Qualifications

• Certification as Medication Aide/Tech and state regulatory training completed.
• Ability to administer or assist with medications as prescribed by health care providers.
• Attention to accuracy and compliance with medication handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medications as prescribed.
• Maintain organized, clean medication supply room and assist with cart audits.
• Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure timely delivery and accurate medication counts.
