Grand Living is hiring a Medication Technician in Venice, FL to provide compassionate care that supports independence and personalized service for residents, including memory care through Luminations. You will assist with daily living activities, administer medications safely, and work alongside Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle, and Hospitality teams to create First Class Happiness for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medication Technician credentials required as applicable by state.
• 1+ year of medication administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, eating, grooming, mobility, hygiene, and toileting.
• Administer medications safely within your certification and scope.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Build relationships with residents and families, creating a warm environment.
• Collaborate with Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle, and Hospitality teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation for services provided or declined.
