Qualifications

• Experience assisting with medication in a RCFE preferred (1 year).
• Completion of training/certification may be required by state regulation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and resident care documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Ensure a safe environment and support teamwork across staff.
