Charter Senior Living in West Bend, WI is hiring a Medication Technician / Med Tech to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Starting pay is between $19-$21 per hour and eligibility for benefits is noted.

Position Summary

The Medication Technician / Med Tech plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.

This position is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication administration and management, implementation of resident care plans, clinical documentation, and communication with nursing and caregiving teams.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, dependable, and passionate about serving seniors with dignity and respect.
