Job summary

Brookdale is seeking Medication Aides/Techs in Portage, MI to administer or assist with medications and observe patient responses under supervision. The role includes maintaining an organized medication supply room, assisting with cart audits, and coordinating with pharmacies to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Based on state regulations and required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report responses to your supervisor.
• Certified Medication Aides/Techs ensure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications; communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification is required.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
