Brookdale Senior Living in Phoenix is seeking a Medication Technician to support resident care and administer medications on-site within a facility setting. You will work closely with nursing staff to observe and report patient responses, ensuring accurate documentation and safe medication practices.

The role requires completion of state-required training/certification for Medication Aides/Techs, organizing the medication supply room, and coordinating with pharmacies for timely delivery.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report responses to your supervisor.
• Certified Medication Aides/Techs make sure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications. You will also communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification is required.
