Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Med Tech to join our team. This role involves administering medications, assisting residents with daily living, and prioritizing their dignity and independence. CMA training is optional and we provide training and delegation.

Qualifications

• Six months of med-passing experience in a retirement community preferred.
• CMA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ideal candidate is caring, organized, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately record medication administration as prescribed by the physician and policy.
• Obtain, record, and report resident vital signs.
• Manage supply of medications and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Care for residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort; assist with activities of daily living.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status; conduct rounds for safety.
