Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC helps provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents in a supportive environment. Staff assist with daily activities and monitor changes in care needs in collaboration with nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Salary Range

USD $21.00 - USD $24.25 /Hr.

$21.00-$24.25/hour

Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
