Brookdale is seeking Medication Aides/Techs to administer or assist with prescribed medications and observe patient responses as directed by supervising health care providers. Training and certification in accordance with state regulations are required to perform duties.

Responsibilities include maintaining an organized medication supply room, assisting with cart audits, and coordinating with pharmacies for timely delivery.

• Based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report responses to your supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Certified Medication Aides/Techs ensure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications.
