Job summary

Discovery Commons San Pablo, part of Discovery Senior Living, is seeking compassionate caregivers and med tech support to provide hands-on care in a safe, home-like environment. The role prioritizes resident well-being, safety, and dignity, with on-the-job training available for many positions.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents, and ensuring timely communication with healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and monitor their well-being.
• Observe, report and document residents' symptoms and changes in condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, guests and staff; maintain cleanliness and order in resident areas.
• Perform resident laundry and help with meals as needed.
