Alpheva seeks pharmacotherapy experts to evaluate medication-use decisions, interactions, and safety in de-identified cases. You will verify AI-generated recommendations for indication, dosing, organ function, allergies, monitoring, duplication, and interactions.

This is a remote, project-based contract role with hours and scope matching project demand. Pay ranges from $130 to $195 per hour and first payment terms will be clarified before scaling up.

Qualifications

• PharmD with active or recently active pharmacist licensure.
• 7+ years in hospital, ambulatory, managed-care, or medication-safety practice.
• Board certification such as BCPS, BCACP, or equivalent specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate medication-use decisions, interaction and contraindication reasoning, formulary considerations, and patient-safety analysis in de-identified cases.
• Review whether AI-generated recommendations account for indication, dosing, organ function, allergies, monitoring, duplication, and clinically significant interactions.
• Identify unsafe therapy choices, missing patient factors, unsupported substitutions, and situations that require prescriber clarification or urgent escalation.

Education
