Job summary

Aegis Living on Mercer Island, WA is looking for a licensed CNA or HCA with Nursing Delegation to join as a Medication Care Manager. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm, focusing on medication administration and resident care.

You will dispense medications, maintain medication records, and support residents with daily activities while building strong relationships with residents and families. Aegis Living provides competitive pay and benefits with ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and Alzheimer’s care.
• Skilled at building relationships with residents
• Ability to maintain resident confidentiality
• Ability to successfully complete Aegis Medication Training Certification program
• Knowledge and ability to assist residents with medications
• Must meet health requirements, including TB screen.
• Must be a minimum age of 18 years old.
