Olympic Place by Bonaventure is seeking compassionate Medication Aides to join a close-knit team serving our residents. This role focuses on personal care, medication administration, and warm, respectful service to seniors.

No experience needed for entry, paid training provided, and opportunities for growth. Starting pay $20.75–$21.75 per hour with benefits, paid time off, and education support as part of Bonaventure Senior Living.

Qualifications

• English language required.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care assistance to residents (this includes bathing, dressing, incontinence, etc.).
• Answering resident call lights in a timely manner.
• Administering medications.
• Complete charting on residents daily.
• Inputting medication orders into MAR (Medication administration record).

What does a Medication Aide do for Bonaventure?

These positions are critical within our health care department. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing personal care assistance to our residents (this includes bathing, dressing, incontinence, etc.)

• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, vendors and outside providers.
• Administering medications.
• Complete charting on residents daily.
