Job summary

Trustwell Living in Hood River, OR is hiring Certified Med Techs (CMT) to join our dedicated care team. We offer full-time and part-time roles, an overnight shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., and a pay range of $21.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Completion of Qualified Medication Aide program with current state license.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications as prescribed by doctors.
• Receive, organize, and store meds.
• Check vitals and monitor skin health; track weight changes.
• Review care plans daily and update the team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Lend a hand with anything else to help the community thrive.

• Shift: Overnight 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.

As a Certified Med Tech/Med-Aide, you are responsible for the following:

• Help residents stay healthy byassisting with medicationsas prescribed by their doctors
• Receive, organize, and store meds
• Be a go-to support for your supervisor—check vitals, keep an eye on skin health, and track weight changes.
• Stay in the loop:review care plans dailyand keep your team updated on any changes.
• Be there for the important moments—help residents with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• And of course, lend a hand withanything else that helps our community thrive!

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Completion of the Qualified Medication Aide program with a current license based on state requirements
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
