Job summary

Allegro Harrington Park in Harrington Park, NJ is seeking a Certified Medication Aide/Med Tech (PRN) to administer medications and support residents in daily activities. This role emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork with nurses to ensure excellent resident outcomes.

Starting pay is competitive at $22.00/hr with higher rates based on experience, plus same-day pay options and a friendly, supportive leadership team. PRN shifts available across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current Medication Aide/Medication Technician certification required.
• Previous senior living, assisted living, home care, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Positive background screening required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication administration in accordance with state guidelines.
• Provide compassionate support with daily living activities.
• Work alongside nurses and care team members to ensure excellent resident care.
