Signature HealthCARE, LLC in Kentucky is seeking a PRN KMA to provide daily personal care to residents and support mobility and comfort in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

You will assist with changing bed linens, monitoring vital signs, and documenting changes, while adhering to safety and quality standards. A current Medication Aide Certification, Nursing Certification, CPR, and a commitment to flexible shifts are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Medication Aide Certification and a current state Nursing Certification.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition.
