Job summary

Cura of Sauk Centre is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Trained Medication Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant to administer medications, monitor for side effects, and maintain accurate medication records. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure safe, effective medication management.

We offer 4-, 8- and 12-hour shifts with flexible weekend scheduling. PRN, full- and part-time positions are available, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $750 for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Certification as Medication Aide and CNA required.
• Previous experience in medication administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow protocols and ensure patient safety.
• Good communication with patients and healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to patients per prescribed instructions.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications according to regulations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Support CNAs on the floor.
• Adhere to organizational policies, regulations, and safety standards.
