Job summary

Hearthside Manor, our community in University Place, WA, is seeking a Medication Aide to ensure residents receive their prescribed medications on time. This full-time role offers day or swing shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm) and a supportive, family-oriented work environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a current HCA/CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Background check required; prior caregiving experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current HCA or CNA required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 35 pounds routinely.
• Prior experience as a caregiver or in an assisted living environment is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and coordinate with nursing staff.
