Job summary

Bradfield Terrace Assisted Living in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Medication Aide/Caregiver to join our caring team. You will safely administer prescribed medications to residents, maintain accurate records, monitor health changes, and report concerns to licensed staff.

You will also assist with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of medication administration in senior living.
• Ability to take vital signs and observe/report changes in condition.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate medication records, monitor for side effects or changes in residents’ health, and promptly report any concerns to licensed nursing staff.
• Provide support with daily living activities, assist residents with personal care needs, and help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

  • Full-Time: 6:00AM - 2:00PM
  • Full-Time: 2:00PM - 10:00PM
  • Part-Time: 6:00AM - 10:00AM, 6:00PM - 10:00PM,4 on 2 off rotation
  • PRN: Two days as a Med Aide, two days as a Caregiver rotation.
