Ridgeview Towers of Tecumseh, Nebraska is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our team. You will administer medications per doctor orders and assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort and safety in a compassionate setting.

Collaborate with care staff to maintain high quality of life for residents, communicate clearly with families, and be prepared to cover shifts in emergencies at this community.

Qualifications

• Medication Aide certification and ability to administer medications per doctor orders.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and tenant needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out medication passes according to doctor orders.
• Assist residents with ADLs and tenant needs.
• Maintain accurate medication records and communicate changes to care team.
• Collaborate with ownership, Marketing and Wellness to ensure high quality of life for residents.
• Cover shifts in emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.

• Medication Aide certification, carry out medication passes according to doctor orders.
