The CMA will prepare, administer, report, and record medications per physician orders, while adhering to policies and ensuring safety. Newly certified CMAs and walk-ins are welcome to apply for this rewarding role in Houston, Texas.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Qualified Medication Aide by the Department of Health.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions.
• Previous skilled nursing home experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, report, and record medications according to the physician’s orders and established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and ensure safety and quality of care.
