Job summary

Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Medication Access Pharmacist in Memphis with the option for remote or hybrid work. The role focuses on helping patients start therapy on time by navigating prior authorizations, insurance requirements, and financial assistance programs.

You will collaborate with prescribers, case managers, and payers to secure timely approvals, educate patients and staff on coverage, and track outcomes to reduce barriers to care.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• Managed care, patient access, or specialty experience preferred.
• Hospitals, ambulatory, and community pharmacists interested in transitioning are welcome.
