Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Managed Care, Medicare Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS, or HOS.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting to identify trends.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicare Part C&D Star Ratings initiatives.
• Communicate with departments to obtain HEDIS and Stars data.
• Identify opportunities for improvement related to clinical outcomes.
• Track KPIs for evaluating quality initiatives.
• Develop training material impacting quality initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement meetings.
