Responsibilities
Support Medicare Part C&D Star Ratings initiatives.
Communicate with departments to obtain HEDIS and Stars data.
Identify opportunities for improvement related to clinical outcomes.
Track KPIs for evaluating quality initiatives.
Develop training material impacting quality initiatives.
Participate in quality improvement meetings.
