Broadway Ventures LLC seeks a licensed Registered Nurse to support quality coordination across our Medicare review portfolio. Under the QA Manager, you will coordinate IRR activities and ensure reviewer performance aligns with Medicare requirements and client procedures.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license (single-state or compact multistate).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of home health, QA, or UR experience.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day quality coordination activities under QA Manager.
• Serve as the point of contact for IRR activities and quarterly client sessions.
• Cooperate with client QA reviews, calibration sessions, and corrective actions.
• Implement client-approved corrective actions at reviewer level.
• Monitor reviewer performance for Medicare requirements and procedures.
• Track IRR participation and corrective actions within QA program.
