Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or operations.
• Proven experience managing healthcare projects, specifically within Medicare or Medicare Advantage (MAPD) environments.
• IT project background, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution for assigned healthcare and IT initiatives, including defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as a hybrid Business Analyst, conducting requirements elicitation and documentation to translate business needs into actionable IT and operational specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, IT, compliance, vendors) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of Medicare-related projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress against key milestones and adjusting as needed.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular status updates, reporting, and escalation of risks/issues.
