• Assess, diagnose and treat patients; prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Collaborate with regional and clinical leadership to achieve quality goals
• Work with a multidisciplinary care team focused on patient outcomes
• Possibly serve as Center Medical Director for eligible candidates
