Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Manager of Reimbursement to lead Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting and related regulatory filings. This role partners with hospitals to ensure accurate accruals and settlements and supports audits with CMS and state agencies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting with at least 5 years in hospital reimbursements; CPA is preferred, with up to 10% travel. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting Lifepoint Health’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years related experience in hospital reimbursements.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Up to 10% overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hospitals to ensure Medicare/Medicaid accruals and settlements are accurate.
• File and review Medicare/Medicaid cost reports and related regulatory submissions.
• Support audits with CMS and state agencies and monitor regulatory changes.
