- Proficiency with medical billing software and office productivity tools.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, reviews, and submits monthly billings per procedures.
- Matches bills with census and identifies discrepancies; reviews patient billing revenues.
- Records all payments, performs monthly AR reconciliation, and maintains AR reports.
- Reviews and corrects AR bills before transmission or mailing.
- Performs follow-up on denials/rejections to ensure resolution and payment collection.
- Completes billing audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
