Job summary

Herself Health seeks a senior healthcare compliance leader to direct the day-to-day execution of its value-based primary care program. You will partner with the fractional Compliance Officer, General Counsel, and clinical leaders to build practical processes aligned with regulatory standards and patient care goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and hands-on healthcare compliance experience with Medicare or government payors.
• Working knowledge of federal fraud and abuse laws and HIPAA requirements.
• Preferred experience with value-based or risk-bearing Medicare Advantage arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the healthcare compliance program for a value-based primary care model.
• Maintain the compliance policy library, Code of Conduct, and annual attestations.
• Administer sanction screening, training, and the compliance hotline.
• Coordinate Medicare Advantage audits, data requests, and regulatory reporting.
