Job summary

Verda Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Medicare Supplemental Benefits Analyst to evaluate, interpret, and administer Medicare policies and supplemental data. The role covers coverage eligibility, limits, and vendor invoice validation to ensure accurate payments.

The analyst acts as SME for Dental, Vision, OTC, and other benefits, investigates vendor spending, and collaborates with Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory alignment. Full-time onsite in Huntington Beach, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, IT or equivalent
• Experience with health plans or MSO
• Strong CMS and Medicare Advantage knowledge

Responsibilities

• Review coverage expectations and billing implications
• Validate invoices against eligibility and limits
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve billing issues
• Serve as SME for Supplemental Benefits discussions
• Provide cross-functional teams with coverage analysis updates
• Support regulatory alignment with Compliance and Legal
