Qualifications

• 2+ years in call center or health insurance support.
• Experience working directly with Medicare beneficiaries.
• High School Diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Must commit to mandatory attendance first 90 days.
• Active health insurance license preferred but not required.
• Familiar with CMS rules and regulations related to Medicare Advantage plans.

Responsibilities

• Handle Medicare Advantage plan changes by phone using approved scripts.
• Document all member interactions accurately.
• Make outbound calls to Medicare members during enrollment periods.
• Assist with plan benefits, provider networks, and pharmacy questions.
• Support enrollment-related activities and reporting.
• Comply with CMS regulations and company policies.
• Use multiple systems (CRM, documentation, plan info) simultaneously.
