Power Wellness is hiring a Wellness Liaison for The Centre powered by Phelps Health. This full-time role administers daily program activities, tracks referrals, enrolls participants, and promotes medically integrated programs within the community.

You will collaborate with fitness staff to tailor exercise plans, ensure physician approvals, and drive growth of referrals while supporting member transitions to membership.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or a health-related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or the fitness/wellness industry preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Administer daily activities and track referrals, enroll participants, and monitor program completion.
• Collaborate with fitness staff to deliver customized exercise programs based on assessments.
• Oversee physician approval and clearance procedures for medically integrated programs.
• Outreach to health care providers to develop referral pathways and grow programs.
• Represent the center in the community and coordinate with referral sources.
• Support member transitions to membership after program completion and help meet budgets.
