Job summary

Secouniversity in northeastern Pennsylvania invites a medically focused optometrist to join a multispecialty ophthalmology practice. Practice to the full extent of our license while you provide primary eye care, co-manage disease, and post op care with supportive ophthalmologists.

You will work with a strong tech staff and benefit from a highly competitive salary plus bonus and excellent benefits. Located in northern PA with easy access to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport and Pocono

Qualifications

• For licensure in Pennsylvania, OD degree required and state license or eligibility.
• Full-scope optometry practice with primary eye care responsibilities.
• Experience in co-managing ocular disease with ophthalmology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary eye care and vision assessments to patients.
• Co-manage ocular disease in collaboration with ophthalmologists.
• Oversee postoperative eye care and recovery guidance.
