Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an experienced medical writer to author and critically evaluate publication-ready narratives across oncology, immunology, and rare diseases. You will ensure alignment with ICMJE, GPP3/GPP2022, and CONSORT, translating complex clinical data into clear scientific manuscripts and providing actionable feedback to improve AI model development.

• Strong experience in medical writing and scientific publication authoring.
• Direct experience lead-authoring or managing peer-reviewed manuscripts published in reputable biomedical or clinical journals.
• Strong working knowledge of publication guidelines including ICMJE, GPP3/GPP2022, and CONSORT.
• Demonstrated capability to interpret complex clinical data and translate them into clear, publication-ready scientific narratives.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with a proven track record of providing actionable, structured feedback on scientific draft materials.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine or equivalent depth of authoring experience.
• Therapeutic area expertise in oncology, immunology, or rare diseases is especially valued.

Responsibilities
