Daniels Health is hiring an operator for our Walton, KY medical waste treatment facility. The Plant Operator will perform duties including lifting heavy bins, weighing containers, operating an autoclave, and loading the Washsmart system.

Expect to work a steady second shift from 2 PM to 12:30 AM, with a set pay rate of $20 per hour and full-time benefits. Candidates should demonstrate warehouse experience, ability to handle repetitive lifting, and a proven work history.

Formación

• Experience in a warehouse or labor-intensive role.
• Willingness to pass a 5-panel urine drug screen.
• Willingness to pass a 7-year background check.
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately.
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE.
• Proven longevity with employers.
• Can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Lifting 55lbs bins and pushing a 200lbs cart.
• Weigh incoming sharps and medical waste containers.
• Load/operate the autoclave machine.
• Load the Washsmart system for container washing and sanitization.
• Provide attention to detail with paperwork for processing containers.
• Stand for extended periods while working in PPE.
• Work well with a team.
