Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Plant Operator for our Fresno, CA facility. The role supports essential healthcare waste treatment, with duties including weighing waste, operating an autoclave, Washsmart system, and forklift tasks. Work hours are 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 55 lbs and push a heavy cart.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Check in containers and verify paperwork.
• Weigh incoming sharps and regulated medical waste with the weighbridge.
• Load and operate the autoclave and Washsmart sanitization system.
• Operate a forklift and hand trucks after training.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely scheduling.
