Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is hiring a Plant Operator for our West Palm Beach, FL facility. The role encompasses weighing incoming waste containers, loading the autoclave, and handling the Washsmart system, along with forklift duties.

The ideal candidate has experience in labor-intensive environments, demonstrates reliability with long-tenured employment, and is available for the second shift (2PM–10:30PM). We offer competitive compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in labor-intensive roles with repetitive lifting.
• Proven longevity with previous employers.
• Ability to work on a fixed second shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Weigh incoming sharps and regulated medical waste containers using the Weighbridge.
• Load/operate the autoclave machine.
• Load the Washsmart system for container washing and sanitization.
• Drive a forklift and operate hand trucks after training.
• Lift 55 lbs and push a 200 lb cart.
• Maintain careful attention to required paperwork.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Work well as part of a team.
