Job summary

LM2 Resource Solutions is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for our Medical & Surgical Division in North Carolina. You will receive, organize, pick, pack, and ship medical equipment and supplies while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in the warehouse.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable following strict procedures. Responsibilities include inventory checks, loading/unloading, and assisting with local deliveries as

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet, word processing).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Forklift certification preferred or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (certification preferred).
• Shrink wrap and label pallets for shipment.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Report inventory or shipment discrepancies to management.
• Assist with local deliveries as needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
