Qualifications

• A minimum age of twenty-five (25) years.
• Valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence for the type of vehicle to be operated.
• Active auto insurance policy.
• Active cell phone plan; prepaid plan must provide proof of 6 consecutive timely payments if autopay is not used.
• US citizen or resident alien with a TIN (SSN, EIN, ITIN acceptable).
