Interactive Resources seeks an experienced Medical Transcriptionist for a short-term remote contract. Your role is to manually transcribe clinical audio recordings with high accuracy, ensuring medical terminology and clinical details are captured correctly. No AI or automated transcription tools may be used.

The position is 4 weeks long with potential extension, offering $23–$25 per hour and about 20 hours per week. Immediate start, flexible scheduling, and strict HIPAA compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in medical transcription.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology across clinical specialties.
• Excellent listening, typing, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Availability for 5-20 hours per week, with approximately 20 hours preferred.
• Fully remote; hybrid arrangements may be available for candidates in select locations.
• Four-week initial contract, with possible extension based on business needs.
• Candidates must be comfortable completing all transcription manually, without AI or speech-recognition software.
