Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; ASCP certification preferred.
• Experience in automated clinical laboratory.
• Superior customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analysis of all body fluids and tissues and ensure data validity before reporting.
• Provide accurate, timely lab results and communicate with clinicians and staff.
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain equipment, logs, and reagents.
• Mentor new laboratory staff and promote ongoing education.
• Uphold safety, infection control practices, and other duties as assigned.
