Baptist Health Floyd Laboratory is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician for full-time work (64 hours biweekly) with 4 eight-hour shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, including weekends and holidays. The role requires knowledge of Clinical Laboratory Science and the ability to perform high-complexity testing following SOPs.

Summary Job Description: Seeking Medical Laboratory Technician! Full-time (64 hours biweekly), 4 - 8hr shifts, 6:00am- 2:30pm, weekend and holiday rotation. Baptist Health Floyd, Laboratory Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area. In this role, you must have knowledge of Clinical Laboratory Science, possess the skills necessary to perform high complexity testing and have an understanding of the clinical relevance of laboratory testing and reporting. Must maintain records of performance and utilize independent judgement to generate acceptable test results within QC standards. Performs testing according to standard operating procedures.
