Qualifications

• Associates degree in Medical Technology or related science.
• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license.
• BLS certification for BOS Urgent Care locations.
• Minimum 2 years medical technologist experience at BHSF and fulfilling appropriate career advancement criteria.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory analyses in an accurate, timely, courteous and effective manner to support comprehensive patient care.
• In BOS Urgent Cares, Lab Techs will support the TEAM CARE Model to ensure patient workflow efficiencies and satisfaction goals.
