Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform precise, timely analyses that support patient care across multiple facilities in Florida. You will contribute to core laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include adhering to regulatory standards, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with care teams to optimize patient workflows. Prior experience is helpful; BLS is required for BOS Urgent Care locations.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Medical Technology or related science or equivalent education as required by the State of Florida.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License or Temporary Clinical Laboratory License in appropriate discipline(s).
• BLS certification required for BOS Urgent Care locations only.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory analyses in an accurate, timely, courteous and effective manner to support comprehensive patient care.
• Support TEAM CARE Model in BOS Urgent Cares to ensure patient workflow efficiencies and satisfaction.
