Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided.
• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology/Medical (Clinical) Laboratory Science OR related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze samples, maintain productivity and identify accuracy issues.
• Set up, run, maintain, and adjust laboratory instruments per SOPs.
• Perform quality control and infection control procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy when needed and report findings to nurses/physicians.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate results to care teams.
• Interact with healthcare staff to interpret patient lab results.
